It is just me, or does Talon look like an elf or something in this picture? I thought it was so funny. He head looks huge!
Ben had to wear his Halloween costume the other day! He even wore it to pick up Simon from school. Hey, it kept him warm!
Probably about 80% of Ben's day he is wearing a hat of some sort. Bob the Builder, firefighter's helmet, cowboy hat. Recently, he's taken quite a liking to this one. It was Simon's when he was about 7 months old. Ben doesn't mind. He just squeezes his fat head into it and wears it proudly.
Simon and I were jamming out to some 80's music a few weeks ago. You know that song "Don't You Forget About Me", by Simple Minds - the one that goes "hey, hey, hey, hey...oooh, oooh, ooooooh" in the beginning? (Think, Molly Ringwald movie.) Well, my 4 1/2 year old knows that song, sings the beginning and even pretends to play the drums along with it - ON BEAT!
Spinning his sticks! Really, that's what he was doing. :)

Talon and Ben have exactly the same eyes!! He kind of does look like an elf in a really cute sorta way. Simon will be a great drummer just like his daddy!

Ben & Talon have MY eyes! :) Woo-hooooo! Look at Simon. I deserved 2 with my eyes after little Jonnie was born, right?
I didn't even realize Simon had the drum shirt on. Funny! He is growing up sooo fast. I can't even stand it. Pre-K has made him so social and he says the wisest things. He's amazing! Okay, I'll stop bragging now. But I do love that kid! :)
They are so totally adorable! I love seeing pictures of Talon, but he is SO big! I miss those boys!
They look so cute! And I can totally picture Si playing the drums! Si has a cute shirt on ~ by the way!:) I love those kids!
